Vegan Cinnamon Cookies

The best cinnamon cookies ever, their vegan and have protein!! I used Green Boy protein powders in mine. I have been OBSESSED with their protein powders they have only one ingredient. Compared to my old protein powders which have like 100 ingredients and I can not even say half of them, but in Green Boy it's one and I can say it. Ingredients:
2 cups oats
½ cup agave, maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp oil
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1. Preheat your oven to 375 F. Line a pan with parchment paper and set aside
2. Add your oats to a blender or food processor, blend until you have a flour consistency.
3. Add all of your other ingredients and blend until you get a dough.
4. Roll out about 12 balls of dough, and lay out on you lined pan.
5. Place in oven and bake for around 10-15 minutes.
6. Enjoy your soft cinnamon cookies!
