Collagen Cookies

I have started adding vital proteins collagen into my diet by putting it in coffee, recipes or baking with it. I made these collagen cookies that are just so east and delicious you need to try them!

Ingredients
•2 cups oats
•1/3 cup honey
•1/4 cup college
•1 tsp baking powder
•1/4 cup chocolate chips
How to make
1. Preheat your oven to 350 F, and line a cookie pan with parchment paper.
2. Add all ingredients but chocolate chips into your blender and blend until all combined.
3. Add in you chocolate chips.
4. Roll out even balls of the cookie dough and place on your lined pan.
5. Place in over and let bake for 10-15 minutes, let cool, enjoy!
