Grain Free Granola

The most delicious grain free granola

  • 1 cup sliced almonds

  • ⅓ cup chia seeds

  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup coconut oil

  • 4 tbsp almond flour

  • 4 tbsp lakanto sugar or any sugar substitute

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon


1. Heat your oven to 350 F.

2. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender, blend for about a minute, until all combined.

3. On a lined baking sheet spread out your granola mixture.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes. *When I took mine out of the oven I threw in some chocolate chips*

5. Let it cool down, enjoy!
