Good morning, started my day with this quick workout. Decided to share it with you guys because I loved it!! Let me know if you want me to start sharing more workouts.

repeat three times:
30 jumping jacks
15 squats w 5 lbs
10 left leg lunges
10 right leg lunges
25 alternating v ups
1 min plank
