Full Body Workout

Good morning, started my day with this quick workout. Decided to share it with you guys because I loved it!! Let me know if you want me to start sharing more workouts.



repeat three times:

  • 30 jumping jacks

  • 15 squats w 5 lbs

  • 10 left leg lunges

  • 10 right leg lunges

  • 25 alternating v ups

  • 1 min plank
