I have always like to workout but their are some forms of exercise I just am not a fan of. Some people love running but I just really do not love going on runs, for me I love going on fast walks. I also love going to yoga, pilates and spin classes. When I go to the gym I like doing the stair stepper and weights. But since covid it is hard to go to workout classes and the gym, so now working out from home is it. My family has gotten a echelon bike which I love and do a class at least every day really. Also I have recently been doing JABS classes which are amazing, they are so fun and an amazing workout you really push yourself to the max.
1. Look on youtube, search for maybe a specific type of workout such as yoga, abs, kickboxing. Also you can search for an area you want to work such as legs, arms or abs. Once you find a video you like, look at the persons channel and see what other workouts they have that you may enjoy.
2. If you do not like running, I recommend you go for a speed walk. It is much easier than running and you still work up a good sweat.
3. If you have a stationary bike try pulling up spin classes on your tv computer or phone. If you do not go on bike rides out side.
4. Reserch to see what type of online class you could do such as zoom workout class. I definitely recommend trying jabs, it is such a fun workout and you really push your self!
There are many different types of workouts to try. Some people try running and hate it so decided they don’t like to workout, but working out is so good for your body. And just because you don’t like running doesn’t mean you don’t like spinning!
