Birthday Cake Granola

O my this is so yummy. An amazing way to satisfy your sweet tooth with out really eating all that sugary junk food.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup puffed rice
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons sprinkles
FOR THE GRANOLA
1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine oats, puffed rice and cinnamon.
3. Add maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract to the oat mixture. Mix until the oats are fully coated.
4. Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet, then add sprinkles on top
5. Bale for 30- 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
6. Take granola out and let it cool.
7. Once it is cool, store in a container and ENJOY!
